We currently ship products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, courier serviceability, weather conditions, and other operational factors. Most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch; however, delivery times are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed.

Customers will receive order confirmation and shipping updates through the contact information provided during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and other details provided are accurate and complete. Buywheels shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Buywheels shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or redirected to a different address.
